The design is all well and good and completely craftable. Your overall weight is way too large though, (a sword that weight would be impossible to wield - it shouldn't be more about 1lb, not 32lbs), and I would need you to specify materials before I could give you a firm quote. At this stage in planning though (and with the limited info I have as to the finished piece) I would charge you between $800 - $1000.

The materials you use will depend on the final use of the piece. A wall hanging can be made from completely different materials to a combat piece. For a combat piece, carbon steel is necessary.

All of the weapons in my gallery are completely mine. The designs, as well as the crafting. I get a foundry to lost wax cast my bronzework (as I don't have a foundry set up to do it myself), but apart from that, it's all my own work.
